From Me to You.
If you decided on the products, it’s time to know something about how they will get to you, wherever you are.
Please be aware that, for the moment, I can only manage domestic (Romania) orders; but I’m working on finding best ways to ship to other countries, too.
Payment
To ease the whole experience, yours and mine, I opted for credit and debit card payment through a secured Stripe service.
For each order, I will issue an invoice which will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail and along with your parcel.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
Shipping
Shipping Timeframe
All the items on the website are ready-to-ship (unless you opt for a custom order or a repair), but being a one-woman small business, I have a day a week to send the orders, that being Tuesday. If you need it sooner, please drop a note at checkout. I will try my utmost to meet your needs.
Delivery should not take more than 2 days. However, delays could occur due to circumstances beyond my control. Please note I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Delivery time
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours). The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Please note that, once your order was confirmed, I cannot change delivery address. Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Receiving the package
All deliveries are door-to-door service and must be signed for at receipt, except if another option is provided by the courier.
Please decline the package if this is damaged. Also, when receiving the package, please carefully check the products and, in case of discrepancies with your initial order or products having manufacturing faults, let me know immediately.
